Cord adjuster

Since the length of the cord that controls Percy is quite critical, an adjuster has been installed to make sure of this. This is shown in the attached pic and consists simply of a cord anchoring spring mounted on a short rod which is held in a double arm crank. A pair of bolts provide a grip.
